As the sun was setting in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA this factory in Saint Bernard, home of Procter and Gamble, continues with the next shift of workers.
This image was made in the 1980s, viewed from an entrance ramp to I-75. I walked through the snow to reach the top of the next ridge to position my camera high enough to correct my perspective, not having the building tilt backward. Taken with a 150mm Zeiss Sonnar on a Hasselblad 500C using Kodak negative film.
the colors were always there but I rely on memory to recreate what I saw. magenta was enhanced for the sunset, while the window lights remained much the same. eugene

This is lovely. Just the time of day I like and I'm constantly fascinated by old factories and places of work. There's something purposeful about them that lifts them from being ordinary and tatty. Beautiful.
