Bean Blossom Bridge road

Visitors to Brown County, Indiana, come to see our covered bridge. They drive down a rural paved road to view the bridge, then turn around, not trusting the old bridge to be strong enough for their cars. On the other side of the creek, the gravel road is quite narrow and two cars have to wait to pass each other, so it doesn't get much traffic. This view of the fall road is not seen by many, as the road meanders up to the main county road. I feel this is the best part of the bridge experience.

Taken with a 150mm Zeiss Sonnar, with polarizer, on a Hasselblad 500C using Fuji film scanned to digital. I had to park at the bottom, then walk up, to not block the road. I have in my tests and comparisons folder in my gallery a view of the covered bridge.
