In late summer after the leaves were refreshed with rain after the long drought. Taken with a 250mm Zeiss Sonnar on a Hasselblad 500C using Fuji 400 negative film. The black borders are the original edges of the negative, which will be removed for exhibition. The saturation is much improved in a larger view.
As always feel free to download, but kindly give me photo credit if published.
Another example of this tree was taken with a Leica Digilux 2, as a preliminary scouting shot before using the 120 film Hasselblad. The major difference is final image quality. The larger image scanned is 42MB jpeg, rather than 5MB. It is posted in my gallery, under Lone tree almost fall.
