In the spring, on my way into the Brown County Democrat newspaper office, to offer scenic photos of Nashville, Indiana, this tree was blooming outside the office, completely oblivious to the photographers inside. As I set up my tripod to select the nicer flower clusters the staff must have thought me foolish to stop and take this as there was no story to sell with it. What do you think?
Taken with a 150mm Zeiss Sonnar, with proxar filter, on a Hasselblad 500C using Kodak 160 negative film. The black edges surrounding the image are the original edges of the negative, which will be removed for exhibition.
