Winter tree.L1030064, with story by harrietsfriend Winter tree.L1030064, with story by harrietsfriend
Have you ever had to use GPS and it takes you so far out of the way that you wonder if you will ever get back?  Taking my daughter to a friends home in the country, I kept wondering if and when we would get there.  Since timing for her was more important than me, I passed this tree and hoped I could find it again after dropping her off.  It was getting later and the overcast day wasn't getting any brighter.  On the return trip I found it and lowering my window, to keep it quick, I snapped this fine stark tree.

Returning to home base I adjusted the scene to black and white, punched up the contrast and came up with this image.

We live in a beautiful world.

Feel free to download, just give me photo credit.
